Glenshire

 

Also referred to as "the shire." More of a locals call this neighborhood home. It does not receive much in the way of snowfall- less than 1/3 of what other areas get because it is in a large meadow. A new elementary school is close for parents in the mornings ! The area is popular with families that 1 or both parents work in Reno. One of the more affordable areas yet it is still close to all the ski areas! Not probably a great choice for a vacation rental, but a full time rental?
