Toys For Tots- Clean out your toy box today and donate

I challenge you mothers to clean out the toy box!

With Santa coming and gifts from the family, make room for the new! Out grown toys need to go also!

Now is the time. No one takes lightly used toys but toys for tots this time of year. It is a terrific cause  Please take the time to donate to those less fortunate.

I talked to Mera today the organizer for the Toys for Tots in the Truckee Tahoe area and there are still families in need they are trying to accommodate.  You can drop off toys at the Visitors Center at the Truckee Train Depot downtown Truckee or the event center in Kings Beach.

New or lightly used toys are being accepted still in these 2 locations.

I just went through all the toys in the house and brought a big box down for the children that wouldn't have the surprise of a new toy this year.
